Example - (this isn't an example of a strict paleo day, just what I ate today...)
Breakfast: 2 eggs, spinach, onion, pesto, zucchini, blueberries, green tea
Lunch: 2 meatballs, salad (kale, cabbage, broccoli, tomato, zucchini, hummus)
Dinner: 4oz salmon, 4 almonds, 2 macadamia nuts, 3 slices cheese, 5 strawberries, 1 delicious fruit/nut dessert (see pic)!
Supplement: fish oil in the evening
